This policy explains how Combiine Limited (“Combiine”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, www.combiine.com, and on the Combiine platform (our web portals and mobile app).

What are cookies?

A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that a website stores in your browser or on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in much the same way. We use the word “cookies” to cover all of them in this policy.

Our website

Our website does not set any cookies, and it does not use local storage or any other way of storing information on your device. You won't see a cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

Analytics

To understand how our website is used, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts page views and records information such as the page visited, the website that referred you, your browser and device type, your approximate country, and how quickly the page loaded. It does this without cookies or local storage, and Cloudflare states that it does not fingerprint or track individual visitors. We only see totals and trends, not information about individual visitors.

Cloudflare processes this information on our behalf. You can find out more in Cloudflare's privacy policy. If you would rather not be counted, you can block scripts from static.cloudflareinsights.com in your browser or with a content blocker. The website works normally without it.

The enquiry form

When you send us an enquiry, the details you enter are emailed to our team. The form doesn't set any cookies. How we handle the information you send is explained in our Privacy Policy.

The Combiine platform

The Combiine web portals and mobile app use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies to sign you in, keep your session secure and remember settings such as your language. The platform can't work without them, so they don't need your consent. They are not used for advertising.

Managing cookies

You can set your browser to block or delete cookies. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you may not be able to sign in to the Combiine platform.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use cookies, for example by adding a new analytics tool, we will update this policy and the date at the top of this page.
