Driver App · iOS, Android and web
One app. Drivers see what to do, and get it done.
The Driver App is where drivers see whether they're able to drive, manage their vehicle, complete checks, report defects, log mileage and follow their new car order. They sign in with their work account, so there's one branded app instead of a login for every supplier.

What's in the app
Clear tasks, so drivers can focus on driving
A home screen of tasks and notifications makes it obvious what's needed, so drivers get it done without user guides, training or reminder emails.
Eligibility at a glance
Whether they can drive on company business, and what to fix if not.
Their vehicle
Vehicle details, MOT, tax and insurance status, documents and useful contacts.
Checks & defects
Walkaround checks with photos, defect reporting and repair status.
Licence & training
Licence checks, policy sign-off, risk assessment and e-learning.
Odometer & mileage
Odometer readings with photo evidence, and business mileage claims.
Order progress
Follow a new company car or salary sacrifice order through to delivery.
Single sign-on
Drivers sign in with their work account, in the app as well as on the web.
Multi-language
Language, units and local rules set for each country.
Works offline
Drivers can keep working with no signal, in a car park or a depot.

Eligibility
Drivers always know where they stand
The first thing a driver sees is whether they're able to drive on company business. If they're not, they see exactly why, from missing insurance to outstanding training, and what to do about it.
- Licence, vehicle, training and confirmation status
- Clear actions to resolve each issue
- The same view in the app and on the web Driver Portal

Vehicle & tax
Their vehicle, their tax, in plain numbers
Drivers see their vehicle's MOT, tax and insurance status, update the odometer, and get a clear Benefit in Kind breakdown: the P11D value, BiK rate, annual amount and what it costs them each month.
- MOT and VED refreshed from official data
- Benefit in Kind broken down by tax rate
- Book a service or MOT from the vehicle

Mileage Capture
Business mileage that stands up to scrutiny
Drivers log journeys and categorise them as business or private. Claims are submitted each period against your mileage scheme, and payroll gets a report in the format it needs.
- Journey logging, with business and private categorisation
- Schemes and rates, including HMRC-style rate bands and passenger supplements
- Period submissions with cut-off dates and declarations
- Claims blocked when there's an eligibility issue, such as no valid licence
- CO2 for every business trip, using DEFRA conversion factors
- Payroll reports and data-retention controls
For managers on the move
Depot and line managers use it too
Depot managers can find any vehicle, carry out a check or add an odometer reading on someone's behalf, and see the vehicles and drivers at each depot, including who is eligible to drive.
- Find a vehicle by registration and save favourites
- Depots with their vehicles and drivers
- Driver eligibility across the team

Web Driver Portal
The same tasks on the web, too
Everything in the Driver App is also in the web Driver Portal, so drivers can use whichever suits them. Their eligibility, vehicle, tasks and orders are the same in both.
- Sign in with their work account
- Eligibility and outstanding tasks on the home page
- One record behind the app and the portal
